“Read how Carole’s clients
felt about the
presentation she did for
them”
“Carole is an absolute pleasure to
work with – she is at once funny,
engaging and personable – I felt
like I was working with a dear old
friend.”

"With
her talk about the merits
of good customer service
and the importance of
starting each day with
laughter (and we did!),
Carole had the undivided
attention of the 180
guests at the event. We
will definitely be asking
her to speak at a future
event. Thank you Carole,
for contributing to the
success of the Breakfast
of Champions!"

Comments from the "Journey
of a Woman" presented by
the Kootenai Community
Centre, Creston, BC
"On behalf of the Journey
of a Woman committee, we
send a heartfelt Thank You
to Carole for her "Wake UP
to Laughter" presentation.
What we witnessed was
women getting in touch
with their laughter. What
started as timid
participation grew so that
the laughter echoed
through the hall and
poured out onto the
streets. We wished we
could have stood on the
steps and hollered for
more to come in and
partake. Also, a big
"Thank You" to Carole's
alter ego, Myrtle
Snodgrass......her special
appearance brought the
house down."

"Carole, Thank You for
sharing your passion. It
showed. Your laughter
presentation was good for
our souls.

"I have
found Carole to be a most
inspiring (‘in-spirit’)
speaker as she calls upon
her own personal life
experiences as well as her
extensive training and
knowledge. Her audience is
caught up in her
enthusiasm, her ability to
entertain as she teaches,
and the many very
effective tools she
shares."
"She pays attention to
details, is always
meticulously prepared and
armed with many sources of
laughter which in my
experience, seems to be
her most talented method
to get her message across.
This is closely followed
by her obvious caring for
people, her generosity and
her excellent public
speaking ability."
"Carole is a respected
speaker in her own
community and beyond and
she has my respect and
recommendation."

"I really enjoyed this pro-day. I felt very relaxed and upbeat when I left. Humour really does work to make you feel good. We even wore our red noses to work the next day and made everybody else laugh as well. Now, when we are having a stressful day or are dealing with a difficult situation, we just say "Let's wear our noses today" and somehow we seem to feel better."
Great pro-day!
Kerrie
"I found her humorous approach delightful. My red nose is in my glove box and I plan to "buy a coffee for the guy behind me' - real soon. It makes me smile just to think about it!
Thanks again,
Jannette
"The pro-day with Carole Fawcett was hilarious. She got us laughing and giggling. Our work days can be very
stressful, so having an opportunity to laugh was wonderful. The information Carole gave us for daily living will help keep the stress down if you follow it.
Thank you for the great day.

Everyone at AJ's Pets want to thank you for the very helpful
in-service on customer service that you gave us. It's funny, but when we need to deal with a challenging customer, we all refer to
"motorboat laughter" and imagine going across Kal Lake. It always brings a smile to our face. It's kind of our secret message to one another that we are dealing with someone challenging. Since your presentation, I have found that the staff make it a point to not let rude or grumpy people ruin their day.

I would recommend this experience to everyone, all people can benefit. I appreciate that you took time to know your audience and keyed in on the current issues and stressors that the staff face in their workday. You are very knowledgeable and have a sensitive, caring, and enthusiastic way of presenting that knowledge, appealing to all personality types.
MUSE Convention.................Carole's "Wake Up To Laughter" presentation was great, one of the top 3 great things about the conference. As one of the 300 participants stated: "I feel so much better after starting the day with a good laugh!"

"Your message is very
timely and your
presentation style makes
it seem like we're
"just" having
fun, but we're taking away
a wealth of information
and ideas for putting fun
and laughter into our own
